Make it Meaningful.

It all begins with a conversation. Maybe you’re facing a difficult season. Maybe you’re seeking support for your mental health. Or maybe your ready to understand yourself and those patterns we become to know so well. Whatever brings you here, the path forward starts with feeling heard, supported and understood.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, smiling, wearing a light green shirt with white leaf patterns, standing indoors in a room with beige walls and a narrow hallway.

I’m Molly

I'm a clinical psychologist in Wodonga who is deeply passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and meaning — even in the most difficult moments. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal challenges, or major life transitions, I offer a calm and compassionate space where your emotions are welcome — even the ones that feel too big to carry alone.

I work with people from all walks of life, and I’m here to walk alongside you — to listen without judgment, to gently explore what’s beneath the surface, and to support you in making sense of what feels tangled or overwhelming.

Therapy, to me, is not just about managing symptoms — it’s about fostering deeper self-understanding and creating space for change, healing, and growth.
