You're Not Alone — We're Here to Help You Heal and Grow
Every story is different. Every struggle is valid. Here, we hold space for all of it.
At The Psychology Collective, we offer compassionate, evidence-based support for a wide range of mental health concerns. You might be navigating anxiety or depression, feeling stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, obsessive thoughts, or the deep weight of trauma. Perhaps you're moving through a difficult season of life, questioning your place in the world, or carrying pain that feels hard to name. Whatever brings you here, you’re not alone.
We also offer specialised support for those on the journey through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood — a time that can be as complex as it is transformative.
Our approach is tailored to you. We draw from a range of therapeutic models including Schema Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy and EMDR. These are tools — and like all tools, their value lies in how well they meet your needs, in your moment.
We’re not here to rush the process. We’re here to walk alongside you, at your pace, in a space where healing can happen.
It starts with a conversation. And from there, something can begin to shift
Mental Health Support
Life doesn’t always go the way we hoped — and sometimes it can feel heavy, confusing, or just too much. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, obsessive thinking, or thoughts of not wanting to be here, support is available. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space to talk things through, understand what’s going on, and find a way forward that feels manageable, meaningful, and right for you.
Perinatal Mental Health
Pregnancy and early parenthood can stir up so much — joy, fear, overwhelm, identity shifts, and everything in between. Whether you're preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, or grieving the journey you expected, this season can feel incredibly tender. We offer gentle, non-judgmental support for the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
EMDR for Trauma
Some experiences leave a lasting imprint — shaping how we feel, react, and relate to the world long after the event has passed. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help the brain process distressing memories so they no longer feel as raw or disruptive. It can be a challenging process at times, but also a deeply effective one — supporting people to make sense of what’s happened and reclaim a sense of calm, clarity, and control.
